I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were located in a nice lush green surroundings and the poolside was quiet, but they lacked proper ventilation, AC, and hot water, making the experience a bit uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and cordial, but the maintenance issues were a downside.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, lovely lush green surroundings, and a peaceful poolside ambiance. However, the strict check-out time at 10 AM was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel lacked proper maintenance with no ventilation, inadequate AC or fan, water leaks in bathrooms, no hot water, and congested washrooms. However, the curfew time of 10 PM was rigid. The stay was from October 17 to October 20, 2015.
